Returns + Exchanges

The Cass Clutch wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or gift. We will happily accept unworn and unused merchandise, in it’s original packaging, for a refund on the original form of payment, exchange or store credit (electronic gift card) minus a $10 processing & handling fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.  

Your return/exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are to be paid by customer. All merchandise, must be returned unworn and in its original condition with the original price tags intact. Cass Clutch has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
