Repair Policy:

If your Cass Clutch needs repair, we’re happy to evaluate the issue and, if eligible, cover the cost of shipping and any materials needed for the repair. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and cover structural or manufacturing defects within one year of purchase. Proof of purchase from The Cass Clutch is required within 12 months of the purchase date.

Please note that normal wear and tear—including marks, scuffs, chips, or stains—is not covered. We recommend avoiding contact with dark-dyed clothing, as it may stain the leather. Additionally, light-colored clothing such as white pants may receive color transfer from suede.

Please send a photo of your bag, the area in need of repair and proof of purchase to info@thecassclutch.com . We will follow up within 5-7 business days with further instructions.
