Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

• Every order will be processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped out within 2 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Orders are shipped from California via UPS Ground Service.  For expedited options please contact info@thecassclutch.com with order number and request.

• $15 shipping fee on domestic orders excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

• Please expect orders to arrive within 4-7 business days after processing depending on destination.

International, Hawaii and Alaska Shipping

•  International shipping is available to:  Germany, Italy, France, Canada, Australia, UK and Japan.  Please email info@thecassclutch.com  for additional information on countries not listed.

• Shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska and international areas is $85.

• Please allow extra time for your order to pass through customs. 

• Cass Clutch is not responsible for any import duties, customs or taxes which may apply and cannot be held responsible for consequent delays that these may create.

• Please contract your local postal service or customs office for further information or if your package is delayed.

• If package is declined upon arrival for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return.

• The Cass Clutch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
