Each Cass Clutch leather piece is crafted in small, limited batches. Due to this exclusive production process, all return, exchange, and refund requests are individually reviewed. Thank you for your understanding.
Holiday Return Eligibility (Full-Price Items Only)
Full-price purchases made between December 1–24, 2025 may be eligible for return or exchange up to January 6, 2026.
How to Inquire about Eligibility
Please email info@thecassclutch.com with your order number.
If the item was a gift, include the style and color so we can locate the order.
Items must be:
• In original packaging
• Unused and in original condition
• Accompanied by a receipt
A $15 processing fee applies to all approved returns/exchanges.
Final Sale Items
All sale items and items purchased during a sale event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Cass Clutch wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or gift. We will happily accept unworn and unused merchandise, in it’s original packaging, for a refund on the original form of payment, exchange or store credit (electronic gift card) minus a $15 processing & handling fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.
Your return/exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are to be paid by customer. All merchandise, must be returned unworn and in its original condition with the original price tags intact. Cass Clutch has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
